Returns & Exchanges

  • Exchanges or cancellations must be requested before the item is shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or exchanges cannot be accepted.

  • If an item on your order is not able to be fulfilled, the item cost will be refunded back to the original payment method.

If There’s an Issue

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following details so we can assist you quickly:

  • Clear photos of videos of the issue or defect

Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection takes 2–4 business days
